Rick Wilfong Consulting, Inc. is a boutique-consulting firm that provides business development and strategic planning services to physicians. We work with community based and hospital based medical groups to help them develop and implement a roadmap for success. We understand that each organization is different, and has an important history. We do not believe in "cookie-cutter" solutions to problem solving.

RICK WILFONG
Rick Wilfong has over 20 years of health care management and consulting experience, including senior management positions in the hospital, post-acute, and physician practice settings. He has been a health care management consultant for over ten years, focused on physician strategy development and implementation. From 2001 to 2006, Rick owned and operated a health care information company, giving him valuable business ownership experience to enhance his consulting practice. His consulting experience includes managing joint ventures, developing ancillary and new business entities for physicians and hospitals, brining new health care products and services to market, and assisting management teams in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
Mr. Wilfong holds a B.S. Degree with a dual major in Health Care Administration and Economics, and an MBA. He is a member of ACHE, TMM, THEF, MGMA, NCMGM, and TCAR.
MONICA WILFONG, RN, NP-C
Monica Wilfong is the Director of Clinical Services and has over 15 years of clinical experience as a family nurse practitioner. Ms. Wilfong has extensive experience in primary health care delivery, and uses that experience to lead the clinical activities of the firm. Monica holds a B.S. Degree in Nursing and a Master of Science in Public Health Nursing.
PATTY EINHORN
Patty Einhorn is a Reimbursement Analyst for Rick Wilfong Company. She has over 15 years of physician billing and revenue cycle management experience. Patty has worked for physician practices and large scale billing companies.
ANGELA GANN
Angela Gann is a Process Analyst for Rick Wilfong Company. As a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Degree in Supply Side Management, Angela focuses on building process flow models for physician practices. Her analysis help physicians identify both efficiency and patient satisfaction improvement opportunities.
